Shipping Information

Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for items to ship. All orders are processed and shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. USA delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.

If you've paid with an e-check via PayPal, please note that your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If it's not there, please email us to inquire about your order. Once you receive a tracking number, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be addressed directly through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. For delivery-related issues (such as damage, theft, or misdelivery), please contact USPS directly at usps.com or call (800) 275-8777.

If your tracking shows "DELIVERED" but you haven't received your package, please reach out to your local post office for assistance, as we cannot resolve delivery issues on our end.

Please note that all items are made to order. Sublimated designs may have slight variations in bleach patterns. Most of our designs are printed with Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, where the ink is embedded into the fabric for a durable, vibrant finish.
